CAT (Colloid-A-Tron) & MagCat

Eliminate Limescale forever using CAT (Colloid-A-Tron) or MagCat. Installing it on the cooling water inlet pipe of heat exchanger, avoid downtime or production loss for descaling with highest energy efficiency. CAT & MagCat are unique hardwater scale prevention systems specially designed for use in heavy industry.

CAT (Colloid-A-Tron) is based on Non-chemical Alloy Catalytic Treatment of Raw water or Cooling water, consists of a catalytic core made of special alloy housed within a Stainless Steel pipe. The CAT is only manufactured in UK by FDi (Fluid Dynamic International). It provides scale free cooling surfaces in the Condensers and maintenance free operation of heat exchanger without using any utility & energy.

MagCat (Magnetic & Catalytic Treatment) is a combination of magnetic and catalytic treatment systems into a single compact Stainless Steel housing, designed & manufactured for heavy industry in UK by FDi (Fluid Dynamic International). It provides scale free operation of spray nozzles or RO membranes, etc.

AFM® (Activated Filter Media)

Eliminate use of Chlorine/Hypochlorite in Sand Filters and get bacteria free water. Avoid replacement of filter media every 3-5 years by using AFM® in Multi Grade Filters. Get Suspended solids filtered by 95% down to 5 micron or lower size in water treatment, cooling water or RO plants.

AFM® (Activated Filter Media) is highly engineered activated green & brown colored glass filter media patented by Dryden Aqua and manufactured from high quality recycle glass by exposing to a unique activation process in a sophisticated facility using solar energy in Switzerland to become self-sterilizing and acquire superior mechanical & electro-static filtration performance.

cycloSTREAM

cycloSTREAM is a Side Stream Filter for Cooling Tower to remove accumulated Suspended Solids from cooling water thru a minimum amount of blowdown to conserve water in cooling tower operation.

cycloSTREAM filter is a vessel made of Stainless Steel and a circulation pump with controls made in UK by FDi (Fluid Dynamic International). It removes TSS (Total Suspended Solids) up to 99% of particles bigger than 20 micron and 70% of particles smaller than 10 micron. It  does not need backwash like Sand filters as it works on the principle of Hydrocyclone.
